Car Maintenance Log is a mobile application designed to help users track vehicle maintenance, service records, fuel consumption, and related information. The app is provided for personal, informational, and organizational purposes only.

The app is designed for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide mechanical advice, diagnostic services, or professional automotive recommendations. The app does not replace the advice of qualified mechanics or automotive professionals.
Always consult a licensed mechanic or automotive professional before making decisions about vehicle repairs, maintenance, or safety-related issues. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information stored or displayed in the app.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of data you enter into the app
- Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
- Backing up your data regularly
- Using the app in compliance with all applicable laws
Subscriptions and Payments
The app offers optional Premium subscriptions with additional features. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app without our written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the app. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of data or information
- Vehicle damage or mechanical failures
- Missed maintenance or service appointments
- Financial losses
- Personal injury
Availability
We strive to keep the app available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app or any features at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
